Role

We're looking for a Backend Developer who is proficient in Python and excited about diving into the world of AI with open-source Large Language Models (LLMs). If you are passionate about improving text-generation accuracy and speeding up algorithms, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • - Fine-tune (Lora, QLora) and deploy open-source Large Language Models (Mixtral, Llama) to meet our product needs.
  • - Utilize regex-guided generation to enhance the precision of text output.
  • - Collaborate with our AI team to innovate and implement new features.
  • - Optimize existing backend systems for better performance and scalability.

Requirements

  • - Proficiency in Python
  • - Outstanding engineering abilities
  • - Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • - Previous experience with Machine learning with Pytorch

Nice to have

  • - Understanding of and experience with Large Language Models and their application in the industry.
  • - Knowledge or experience with a low-level language such as C++, CUDA, Go, or Rust.
  • - Participation in data science competitions like Kaggle.
  • - Contributions to open-source projects.
  • - Used to AI tools like chatGPT and GitHub Copilot.
  • - Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Firebase.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation packages: salary, equity, benefits including great healthcare insurance, and perks such as a generous paid parental leave. The annual salary for this role typically ranges from €60,000 to €150,000.
